Data
State political parties rely on data to make informed decisions, improve campaign effectiveness, and maximize voter outreach.
Data helps RPW identify target voters, tailor messaging, optimize resources, track performance, and strengthen grassroots efforts.
In short, data equips RPW with the insights needed to win elections and build sustainable support networks. With that in mind, RPW should explore various data options.
Fundraising
RPW must master fundraising, using a diverse array of strategies to maximize support and secure the resources they need to succeed. From hosting high-profile events like galas and rallies to creating direct connections through personalized mail, email, and phone campaigns, they engage donors at every level. Digital platforms amplify their reach, targeting supporters with tailored appeals, while membership programs build loyalty through recurring contributions and exclusive perks.
RPW should also cultivate major donors and PACs, leveraging relationships with businesses and influential individuals for substantial backing. Grassroots campaigns tap into widespread public support, turning small-dollar donations into a powerful force. By partnering with national organizations and allied groups, RPW should ensure they have the funding and support to advance their mission and drive impactful change.
Election Integrity & Central Count
Wisconsin continues to face significant election integrity challenges, many rooted in issues from the 2020 election that persisted through 2024. Key concerns include:
Milwaukee Central Count: Delays in reporting absentee ballot results, known as “ballot dumps,” have sparked accusations of fraud, particularly after the 2020 and 2024 elections. Issues like a sealing error in vote tabulation machines have amplified calls for reform.
Allegations of Fraud: Claims of improper absentee ballot drop box use and voter ID noncompliance remain prominent.
Voter Roll Accuracy: Outdated registrations and poor maintenance of voter rolls raise concerns about potential fraud.
Reforms are urgently needed to restore trust and ensure transparent, secure elections in Wisconsin.
County Parties
ReformRPW advocates for significant increase in Financial support to county parties, which can be used for local campaigns and operations.
RPW can organize coordinated campaigns, pooling resources for advertising, voter outreach, and other activities that benefit candidates.
RPW should increase training sessions, materials, and strategic guidance to help county parties develop effective campaign strategies and manage their operations more efficiently.
Outside Organizations
Partnering with Outside grassroots canvassing organizations offers the Republican Party a strategic advantage in engaging voters effectively and expanding its base. These organizations such as TP-ACTION, AFP, AmericaPAC etc., bring localized expertise and established community networks, allowing for personalized outreach that resonates with specific demographics.
By leveraging their resources and on-the-ground knowledge, the Party can amplify its message, mobilize hard-to-reach voters, and ensure a stronger presence in critical swing districts. This approach enhances efficiency, reduces overhead costs, and ensures efforts are focused on voter conversion rather than operational logistics.
Collaborating with grassroots organizations not only strengthens voter turnout but also builds trust and a sense of community connection—key elements for sustaining long-term support. It’s a cost-effective, high-impact way to energize the base and win elections.
Third Party Candidates
Identify policy positions of Third party candidates & co-opt them or offer concessions. Third party candidates have a spoiler effect. Educate your voters on the harm Third party candidate likely to cause and minimize the impact. Adopt a ballot access and legal challenge strategy. Counter Third parties with fourth parties.
